CYACC

Based out of Eskenazi Health West 38th Street, The Center for Youth & Adults with Conditions of Childhood (CYACC) works to improve the move from pediatric to adult services for youth with special health care needs. CYACC provides an in-person consultation and subsequent care coordination during this transition.

Numotion provides equipment and services to promote mobility, personal independence, and health.

LIFESAVER

Project Lifesaver is the premier search and rescue program operated internationally by public safety agencies, and is strategically designed for at risk individuals who are prone to the life-threatening behavior of wandering.
