Developmental Services, Inc. is a 501-C-3 not-for-profit organization that provides services for adults and children with mental, physical, and emotional disabilities. DSI was established in 1975 and provides early intervention for infants and toddlers, residental living options, job training, placement and follow-along, respite care, family support, individualized community-based services, and many ohter services. DSI has locations throughout southern Indiana, including Seymour.

Achieving Right Choices
The Arc of Jackson County launched a new program, Achieving Right Choices, for special education classrooms in Jackson County in 2021. It is designed to discuss feelings and emotions and healthy ways to respond. This is a fun and interactive program. At the end of the school year, students will be given information about The Arc of Jackson County so their families can learn about services. We are currently serving 23 classrooms and 1 adult-day program.
