Center for Youth and Adults with
Conditions of Childhood
Based out of Eskenazi Health West 38th Street, The Center for Youth & Adults with Conditions of Childhood (CYACC) works to improve the move from pediatric to adult services for youth with special health care needs. CYACC provides an in-person consultation and subsequent care coordination during this transition.
Erskine Green Training Center
Erskine Green Training Institute (EGTI) provides training in hospitality, food service, healthcare, and inventory distribution over the course of 10-13 weeks.

In addition to hands-on job training, the curriculum addresses critical soft skills like appropriate workplace etiquette, teamwork, taking direction, and effective communication skills.
​
Students must be 18 years or older at the start of the training session.
Upon completion of the program, students leave with a certificate, resume, practiced interview skills, and a list of open positions in the community they are returning to after graduation.

Camp Riley and Bradford Woods
Camp Riley empowers children with physical and cognitive diagnoses by providing life-changing experiences in a camp environment tailored to their individual needs. Campers shatter perceived limitations, make new friends, and reach higher achievements, returning home with an increased sense of independence and confidence.

Down Syndrome Indiana
Down Syndrome Indiana is a one-stop-shop for information and resources on Down syndrome. The programs it offers are intended to promote the inclusion of individuals with Down syndrome in their greater community, as well as, to offer support and information to families, caregivers, educators, employers and the professionals who serve individuals with Down syndrome.
Anna's Celebration of Life Foundation
Anna’s Celebration of Life Foundation (ACOLF) was inspired by a young Anna Molloy, a little girl born with a rare genetic disorder who wanted to ensure that other children with special needs were afforded the joy of “celebrating their specialness” by providing them with life-enhancing gifts needed to thrive.

G.R.A.C.E. Week of Wonder Valley This camp event is designed to provide disabled persons with opportunities for physical, mental, social, and spiritual growth in a carefully supervised camp setting.

A KID AGAIN
A Kid Again fosters Hope, Happiness, and Healing for families raising kids with life-threatening conditions by hosting monthly Adventures so that families always have something positive to anticipate! An adventure is a fun-filled, cost-free, group-based event designed for the immediate family, including siblings. We exist to provide opportunities for families to focus on creating fun, memorable experiences together and to forget about their daily medical concerns. Email kpappas@akidagain.org to learn more!

Healing Hands/
Heal At Home
Healing Hands consists of Healing Hands Home Health and Healing Hands Personal Services. These two companies seamlessly provide home health care to adults and pediatrics under Medicaid and Medicaid Waivers. They are always looking for new ways to serve the home health community and will be accepting Medicare patients soon.
